1. General Principles
- Nature of Digital Services: Due to the extensive labor, time, and custom strategic planning required for SEO, content creation, and web design, we do not offer unconditional refunds.
- Guarantees on Performance: Search engine algorithms (such as Google’s) change constantly. While we apply industry-leading strategies to improve rankings, organic traffic, and conversions, Core Logic SEO guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic metrics, or sales figures. As such, refunds will not be issued based on perceived or expected search engine performance.
2. Monthly Subscriptions & SEO Maintenance Packages
Our Basic Starter, Pro Growth, and Enterprise Elite monthly SEO subscription plans operate on a recurring billing cycle.
- Cancellation Request: You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be sent in writing to our support team at [Insert Email Address, e.g.,

3. Website Design and Development Services
Web design and development projects represent customized digital products delivered in milestone phases.
- Advance Deposits: Any upfront deposit or setup fee paid to initiate a web design project is non-refundable once the project kick-off meeting has occurred or initial mock-up/wireframe work has commenced.
- Milestone Cancellation: If you choose to cancel a website project mid-way through development, Core Logic SEO reserves the right to retain payments for all milestones completed up to that point. Any partial refund for uncompleted milestones will be evaluated at the sole discretion of management, deducting costs for administrative setup and labor already executed.
4. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and Social Media Advertising
- Service Fees: Set-up fees and monthly management fees paid to Core Logic SEO for managing PPC (Google Ads) or Social Media Marketing (SMM) campaigns are non-refundable.
- Ad Spend: Ad spend budget is paid directly to the respective advertising platform (e.g., Google, Meta). Core Logic SEO does not manage or hold your ad budget, and we cannot refund any funds spent directly on these advertising platforms under any circumstances.
5. Exceptions and Dispute Resolution
We believe in strong customer relationships and want you to be completely satisfied with our partnership. Exceptions to this policy may be granted under the following rare circumstances:
- Non-Delivery of Service: If Core Logic SEO fails to initiate or perform the contracted services within thirty (30) days of receiving payment, a full refund for that specific service cycle will be provided.
- Billing Errors: In the event of a technical glitch or double-billing error on our payment processing gateway, the erroneous amount will be refunded immediately upon verification.
